During the Apprenticeship, the guidance and encouragement of our seniors made all the difference. They welcomed every question and believed in the engineer I could become.
From being lost, I now stand as a full-time Site Reliability Engineer. The Academy didn't just teach me technical skills; it gave me clarity, confidence, and a growth mindset that changed my life.
